Mang Kiko's Lechon

We checked out Mang Kiko's Lechon in Lau Pa Sat for lunch. I don’t like the popular Lechon, but everytime we go to Mang Kiko's, they don't have it in stock. This may be their cheap marketing ploy to encourage customers to check it out and end up ordering their (yuhmeh!) roasted chicken and pork belly.

The tender meat was flavorful and the chicken skin was crispy and had less fat. The 1/4 chicken is sulit at SGD 6 but I wouldn’t highly recommend their SGD 2.5 leche flan (dessert) because the inner core of the flan was too soft and too sweet. But I’d travel to Lau Pa Sat for more of that chicken!
