Songfa Bak Kut Teh

Mandarin friends planned for a spontaneous dinner and we ended up with Bak Kut Teh for dinner. I thought Bak Kut Teh was an exotic dish, so it was a pleasant surprise finding out that it was simply pork’s ribs. Bak Kuh Teh literally translated to pork ribs tea, and that the highlight of the dish was the soup which functions as tea.

Songfa is at a corner of the road right before Clark Quay, so as we had dinner, we watched cars pass and saw party lights come alive.
