Pears in red wine

We receive bottles of red wine yearly so I made it my main ingredient this season. Another experiment I made was the pears in wine, and the real adventure was making syrup out of the wine

Ingredients:

1. red wine

2. pears

3. sugar

4. cinammon

Can't say its great, but it is novel, thus making it to our New Year's picks for tonight.
