Vitamin C overload and baked chicken

Today my body relented to sickness so I took an MC and cooked some food over lunch.

The vitamic c lunch - kiwi, orange, dragon fruit, olives, watermelon.
Of course, everything went great with feta cheese. I forgot the nuts!

Baked chicken was my project this weekend. The chicken felt like a small baby when I seasoned it. It was harrowing chopping its head off!

In the end, I was very very happy with the result. The chicken was tender, the skin was crirsp, and the scent of tarragon and rosemary exuded from its meat.
