The great thing about Earle Swensens was they took simple recipes and turned it into art. That, and their salad bar - which made you feel healthy even if you ate massive plates of grass!

The set up was always like this! Stick to basic.

Who could say no to free flowing grapes?

Special mention to spicy chicken - a staple in the salad bar. I always had it since I first entered last year.

Cottage pie at ~ SGD 18. No tacky cheddar cheese there, just plain cottage thrills

Cajun chicken at SGD 18.90. I loved how the veggies were tucked under the soft chicken
