Random dessert from Grand Hyatt Hotel

What I definitely love about running events is the AWESOME hotel food. Desserts, in particular, are mass produced, but done in excruciating detail that makes the phrase "takaw tikim" pregnant with meaning ("takaw tikim" is Tagalog version of eating with your eyes)

Pita pocket filled with lettuce and tandoori chicken

(simply) chocolate cake with rasberry and macaroons
