Baked snapper

Another creation (and also in an effort to force my brother to eat fish!) is baked snapper. The one I got from the grocery was HUGE but it was apparently the smallest they had available, so I had to make sure that I wasn't going to make a mistake about this.

1. snapper
2. unsalted butter
3. garlic and herbs (I'm such a fan of basil and cilantro!)
4. ~30 mins in the oven

It came out cooked and edible, but on hindsight, it would have tasted better if I submerged it in some sort of sauce so the flavour can seep in the fish meat. The result of this one was tasted like cooked, edible fish. =\ Not fail, but not a shebang either.
