Last weekend, I was invited to be one of the judges for China Debate Academy in Qinhuangdao.
Aside from taking part in discussions on critical issues about the world in a logical, equal and fair manner, I was alerted to the fact that I've been using chopsticks the wrong way my whole life! Some of the food from our Championship Dinner (and incidentally, where I practised my new way on chopsticks use). Most of the dishes are of Southern Chinese influence.
I'm really starting to enjoy eating these buns. I've been having them in school these past few days.
