Adobo Success

Today is Grandma's birthday. Yummy adobo is the perfect way to celebrate.

Mommy advised that I marinade it for 2 hours
but I submerged it in mostly spicy vinegar for 24 hours.

between cutting my nails or my skin.

I heart onion rings!

The result was great IMHO. The sauce was sweet (thanks to Ted’s pineapple secret), not too salty and spicy (pepper overload). The chicken meat was falling off the bones!

The chicken meat was seriously as soft as fish.

I’m happy with how this turned out!
