The mid-afternoon sun and our aching feet led us to the first airconditioned and aesthetically enticing cafe that we saw at the center of the town square - Thuyta Cafe.
What piqued my interest was the coffee selection that they had, and for an ice cream groupie like me, I immediately gunned for the coffee ice cream based treat.

You know how they say Vietnamese coffee is so strong? They're right. You just have to have stronger taste buds to survive through the first jolt of overwhleming flavor.
