My mother always sang high praises for MyKitchenGarden ever since she introduced it to us for my brother's birthday. For today, Ayala Corp gifted her with a cheesecake from MyKitchenGarden and let me just say for this one (Mascarpone Cheesecake), I couldn't keep my hands off it. You know how some cheesecakes are too heavy or soggy or full of air, too sweet or too salty or the cheese just isn't there? This one is just perfect!
